摘要: 视频档案资源是语义最为丰富的档案资源,然而目前我国视频档案资源内容管理相对滞后,视频档案资源内容揭示与描述等工作存在明显的不足,妨碍了视频档案资源的有效利用。论文在分析我国视频档案资源描述内容过于简略、关联关系设计较少、利用权益规定不清晰等问题的基础上,从用户需求实现的视角,设计了三维细粒度视频档案资源描述框架,并进行了实例验证。文章最后还从视频档案粒度边界划分、内容描述的层次处理、描述成本与效率平衡等角度对该描述框架的具体应用进行了探讨。
Abstract:Video archives resources are the most semantic archives resources. However, the content management of video archives resources in China is relatively backward. There are obvious deficiencies in the content disclosure and description of video archives resources. The above problems hinder the effective use of video file resources. In addition,this paper analyzes the problems of video archives resources in China such as the content description is too brief, the design of association relationship is less, use authority is unclear and so on. On this basis, this paper designs a three-dimensional fine-grained description framework of video archives resources from the perspective of user demand realization, and verifies it with an example. Finally, the paper discusses the specific application of the description framework from the perspectives of granularity boundary division of video archives, hierarchical processing of content description and cost-effectiveness balance of description.
