Abstract Radiotherapy is an important part of the postoperative adjuvant therapy of breast cancer. Radiation-induced brachial plexopathy (RIBP) of postoperative radiotherapy severely reduces the quality of life of breast cancer patients. In this article,the general situation,mechanism,diagnosis,risk factors,treatment and preventive measures of RIBP were reviewed.
